Ilya has taken 12 independent steps, Sonya is now climbing stairs on her own, Mariana is more confident in holding a spoon — these and dozens of other results have become possible thanks to your help. We are most grateful for supporting the children afflicted by cerebral palsy, who are being treated by the Charitable Foundation «Centre Rehabilitation of the Child».

In the course of April, May and June there were 46 children who received comprehensive medical rehabilitation: 28 of them completed the rehabilitation course, the remaining 18 continue to receive therapy.

In the last three months, a number of important meetings took place, which helped our little patients to be even more integrated into the activities of their peers. Together with the soccer player, Vyacheslav Malafeev, we held a match for the Foundation’s beneficiaries. With the athletes Anton and Elena Belov we organized hockey competitions, and ex-football player Dmitry Radchenko of “Zenit” and “Spartak” organized exercises for children and their parents. What fun these event were — you can see in our “community” in VK. We would appreciate if you could subscribing to our group – this will bring us closer to our goal. A little more about our successes. Together with the Foundation’s new “ambassador”, the known actor Maxim Matveev, we took part in the festival of the publishing house «Alpina»and raised 20,000 Rubles for the making of a pair of orthopaedic shoes for 4-year-old Vanya Noskov. Our friends and partners, the Café chain «British Bakery», and «K8”, also took part in this evet. Furthermore the publishing house campaigned on “Children’s Day”. The funds from a select books about ‘special children’ were designated to help our Foundation. 30,000 Rubles were raised for 11-year-old Artyom Nekrasov, so he too could have a pair of urgently needed orthopaedic shoes.

From the sale of the “Kindest Dessert” (a mousse topped with cherries -ryazhenka mousse) the “MIO” Restaurant chose to support our cerebral palsy patients.Do stop by the “MIO” Restaurant at 3 Kazanskaya Street — enjoy the dessert and support our children.

We need to mention the Foundation’s participation in the «Place and People» Forum, and taking part in the «White Nights of Fundraising» Conference in Suzdal,- an important annual event in the non-profit sector. We also would like to express our gratitude to our very special friends, Dmitry Agafonov — for replacing the floor-mats in the main therapy-room, and the Rotary Club «St. Petersburg White Nights» – for the “Katyusha” run-bike.
