The 6th AGM was held in Moscow, 19-20 June 2003, in Gazprom`s central office. The focal topic was «Energy Policy in a Transforming Europe». The forum gathered a considerable number of high-calibre experts and heads of international organisations. More that 200 delegates took part in the AGM including the representatives of OSCE, UNO, the European Commission and the outstanding scientists. The materials of the conferemnce were publushed in the Internet and received a media coverage in two languages. Certain changes were also introduced into the Presiding Committee memberships. The hosting party was OAO Gazprom.
